Returns, Exchanges & Refund Policy

At eduplay, your satisfaction is our priority. We happily provide returns and exchanges within 7 days of your order being delivered.


🔄 Exchange Policy (Physical Products)

You are eligible for an exchange under the following conditions:

  • The item must be in its original condition – unworn/unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

  • You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

🛠️ Exchange Scenarios:

  • Received a damaged item?
      → You’re eligible for a free replacement of the same product.

  • Received the wrong item/color or want to exchange for a different one?
      → You’re eligible for an exchange, and our team will assist you accordingly.

🔁 Return Policy (Physical Products)

You can request a return if:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or the wrong item was delivered.

  • You must share a proper unboxing video of the sealed package to validate your claim.

To initiate a return, [click here] and select the exact reason for the return. After approval:

  1. Our logistics partner will schedule a pickup within 24 hours.

  2. Return logistics charges (₹130–₹200) will be borne by the customer and deducted from the refund amount.

  3. Once received at our warehouse, the product will go through a Quality Check (QC).

  4. Upon QC approval, we’ll issue your refund in your preferred mode – either:

    • Store Credit (usable 100% on your next order), or

    • Bank Transfer

💰 Example:

For a product worth ₹1399, if the return logistics cost is ₹180, then your final refund will be:
₹1399 - ₹180 = ₹1219


⚠️ Important Notes

  • Return logistics charge varies from ₹130 to ₹200, depending on your location.

  • Returns are not accepted for:

    • Products marked non-returnable on the product page.

    • Custom or personalized items

    • Personal care & beauty products

    • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases

    • Items bought during sales or promotional offers

    • Gift cards


📦 Refunds

Once your returned item passes the QC process, we’ll notify you of the approval and issue your refund accordingly. Please note:

  • Refunds are generally issued via Store Credit (recommended for fastest reuse).

  • For full refunds to bank account, an additional ₹50 to ₹200 processing fee may be charged.


💻 Digital Product Return & Refund Policy

We do not offer returns or refunds on any digital products once delivered. This includes eBooks, downloadable files, online courses, or any digital content.

  • After successful payment, the download/access link will be sent via email and/or WhatsApp. 7302295360

  • All digital product sales are final.
